These ceramics are handmade using traditional techniques by artisans from Phước Tích pottery village, using clay from Phong Điền - Huế, then fired at nearly 1200 degrees C. Every step is crafted entirely with a long-held passion for pottery. Each piece of Phước Tích pottery is one of a kind: no two pieces are alike, and each has its own colour. Although they are not glazed, the pieces develop a natural glaze-like surface after firing and do not absorb water.
