Five-Vein Cajeput Essential Oil

Ingredients: Pure Broad-leaved Paperbark (Melaleuca quinquenervia) essential oil, extracted from the leaves by steam distillation.

Chemical composition: Broad-leaved Paperbark is a Melaleuca species native to Australia, successfully propagated and trial-grown in Vietnam. The essential oil contains:

• 1,8-Cineol: 59,71%
• Linonene: 6,68 %
• Terpinyl acetate <a->: 5,74%;
• Terpineol <a->: 5,23%
• Terpineol -4-ol : 1,56%
• Caryophylene <E->: 5,13%
• Pinene <a->: 2,28%

Scent: Fresh, cool aroma.

Benefits:

• Repels mosquitoes and insects: The scent of melaleuca oil is unpleasant to mosquitoes and insects, helping protect you from their nuisance.
• Used to relieve symptoms of colds and respiratory problems such as rhinitis, coughs and sore throat.
• Helps reduce inflammation, swelling and pain; soothes mosquito and insect bites and stings.
• Hair care: cleanses the scalp, controls oil and prevents odor-causing bacteria.

Directions:

• Rub 1-3 drops directly onto sore areas, bruises and mosquito or insect bites.
• Rub melaleuca oil onto the temples, neck and soles of the feet when suffering from a cold or headache.
• Add 2-3 drops to an oil burner or scented candle to freshen the room and purify the air in your living space.
• Apply 2-5 drops to the hair and massage evenly to help prevent dandruff and fungal growth on the hair.

Precautions:

• For external use only; keep away from eyes, ears, mucous membranes and open wounds.
• Do not use if you have a history of allergy to essential oils. First-time users should do a patch test by rubbing a little on the skin under the arm; if any abnormal reaction occurs, discontinue use.

Storage: Store in a dry, well-ventilated place below 30 degrees C, away from light.
