Freeze-Dried Huế Lotus Seeds

FREEZE-DRIED HUẾ LOTUS SEEDS - A TOUCH OF HUẾ'S BEAUTY EVERY SUMMER
Huế lotus seeds are known as "a hundred seeds alike" for their uniform size, even colour and milky white tone. Above all, the faint fragrance of Huế lotus sets them apart from every other variety 🌱🌱

Hue Gourmet carefully selects these freeze-dried Huế lotus seeds for consistent quality. Each seed is shelled and has its green germ removed by hand. The seeds are then freeze-dried so they keep for a long time while holding on to their original flavour and rich, nutty taste

To make high-quality freeze-dried lotus seeds that keep all their flavour, we always sort and check the seeds to pick only the freshest, finest ones   We choose only large, round seeds that are white with a slight yellow tint. The selected seeds are spread evenly on trays and dried at just the right temperature, giving us fresh, delicious batches of freeze-dried lotus seeds
